BAMBOOZLE LEFT DAY 2
SUNDAY!
Another great day in sunny Irvine, California!
We met up with some incredible bands including The Bravery, Armor For Sleep, Hawthorne Heights, Secondhand Serenade, MxPx, Dr. Manhattan, Paper Rival, and witnessed some of the best performances Southern California has seen in a very long time. (Stay tuned cause we’ll have full shows for you to watch with all the above mentioned)
Some of our Highlights…
FOXY SHAZAM! Alright, I know we’ve expressed our deep love for these guys in the past, but seriously they’re one of our favorite bands of ’08. They performed on one of the smaller stages but their sound surely made its self known throughout the entire ampitheatre. You definitely need to check these guys out…
Armor for Sleep also put on one amazing set. The awesome thing about these guys is they’ve been around for quite sometime, they’ve paid their dues and it’s about time people started paying attention. The crowd was going nuts! If you missed them on April 6th, you gotta check them out on the Bamboozle Road Show …
And of course the driving force for Sunday’s crowd was absolutely My Chemical Romance! Perhaps this is old news, but we’re happy to announce they’ve ditched the costumes and the make-up! Goodbye Black Parade! They’ll still call you a dirty animal and will refer to you as some sort of subservient creature but MCR, without a doubt, puts on a stellar performance and it was an excellent way to end a very long weekend.
